Bases - And how I paint them

The bases were first painted with Adeptus Battlegrey.

Washed all over with Nuln Oil,

Dry Brushed with Adeptus Battlegrey

Then Dry Brushed with Codex Grey

Then Dry Brush with Fortress Grey

And finally a light Dry Brush with Dheneb Stone

    So was the base colour done by hand or using an airbrush?

    Done by hand, I find you have much more control with where the paint goes
